Using LiDAR and photogrammetry on consumer devices (iPhone 16 Pro) to produce 3D models of derelict Irish properties. Benchmarked scanning apps, hosted models online for remote assessment, and contributed to reducing site visits for housing refurbishment planning. Research presented at Dáil Éireann; the Department of Housing subsequently announced a national derelict property mapping initiative.
